You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. Limitation of Liability

Amendments & Account Termination

If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.

cy66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, any bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that have been legitimately earned and verified will be returned to the player subject to outstanding KYC and withdrawal checks.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and cy66 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising.

If good-faith negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within the stipulated period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits cy66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
